Oriental Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 12 ounces hot cooked vermicelli

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Serve over noodles.
