Shipwreck in the Crockpot
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
- 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced new potatoes. drained
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons minced dried onion or 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place 1 can of potatoes in the slow cooker; add meat and onion.
- Next, layer with corn, then the remaining can of potatoes.
- Spoon mushroom soup over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
