Steak with Golden Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pounds round steak
- Salt, to taste
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
- 1 can golden mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
Instructions
- Cut meat into serving portions.
- Lightly salt and roll in flour.
- Brown quickly in oil.
- Cover bottom of slow cooker with soup mixture.
- Place browned meat in slow cooker, spooning soup mixture over each piece.
- Cook on LOW for about 5 hours.
