Steak and Gravy
- 3 or 4 cube steaks or 1 round steak, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 (0.75 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 3/4 soup can water
Sliced mushrooms may also be added.
- Place meat into slow cooker.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
