Teriyaki Steak
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds boneless steak, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- Put steak into slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
- Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
- Serve over rice.
