Tex Mex Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 12 ounces red potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 2 teaspoons very low sodium beef bouillon granules
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours.
