Crockpot Breakfast Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-size apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups granola cereal

Instructions

  1. Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Place apples in slow cooker and mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or overnight (alternately, cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours).
  4. Serve with milk.

Yield: 4 servings
