Mexicali Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 corn or flour tortillas, torn into pieces
- 1 can ranch-style beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes with juice
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Brown ground beef or turkey with chili powder and garlic powder to taste.
- Drain well.
- Place all ingredients in order given above into a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
