Mexicali Casserole



  • 6 corn or flour tortillas, torn into pieces
  • 1 can ranch-style beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes with juice
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed


  1. Brown ground beef or turkey with chili powder and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Place all ingredients in order given above into a slow cooker.
  4. Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
