Pineapple Baked Beans and Beef
- 1 pound ground beef
- 28 ounces baked beans
- 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Brown beef in a skillet, then drain.
- Transfer to a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 8 hours or until bubbly.
Yield: 6 servings
