Pineapple Baked Beans and Beef



  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 ounces baked beans
  • 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Brown beef in a skillet, then drain.
  2. Transfer to a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 8 hours or until bubbly.

Yield: 6 servings
