Smoked Sausage and Hash Browns
- 1 1/2 pounds smoked sausage, sliced thick
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, not thawed
- 5 green onions
- Sliced green bell pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 10 ounces milk
- Combine sausage, hash browns, green onions, pepper and garlic powder
in well-buttered slow cooker.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Whisk together soup and milk. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for about 6 to 8 hours.
