Smoked Sausage and Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds smoked sausage, sliced thick
  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, not thawed
  • 5 green onions
  • Sliced green bell pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 10 ounces milk

Instructions

  1. Combine sausage, hash browns, green onions, pepper and garlic powder in well-buttered slow cooker.
  2. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Whisk together soup and milk. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  4. Cook on LOW for about 6 to 8 hours.
