Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups fruit
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in fruit and place in a slow cooker.
  3. Mix remaining dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Add milk all at once and mix just until combined.
  6. Drop dough in clumps onto fruit.
  7. Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
  8. Serve with Cool Whip.
