Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta

Make this Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta for a delicious slow cooker dinner!

Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
  • 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked

Instructions

  1. Place chicken and mushrooms (if using) in slow cooker.
  2. In mixing bowl add cream cheese, chicken soup and contents of seasoning packet.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and gently mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours. Mix halfway through cooking to incorporate the cream cheese.
  5. At the end of cooking time, pour hot cooked pasta into slow cooker. Stir to combine.
