Chinese Country-Style Ribs 2
- 4 pounds country-style spareribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic.
- Brush on both sides of the ribs.
- Place in a slow cooker.
- Pour remaining sauce over all.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
