Country Ribs and Sauerkraut



  • 12 ounces sauerkraut
  • Brown sugar to taste
  • 1 to 2 pounds country style ribs


  1. Place the ribs into a slow cooker.
  2. Sweeten the sauerkraut to taste with the brown sugar.
  3. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
