Green Chile Pork Ribs




  1. Place pork ribs with black pepper and green chiles in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  3. Drain ribs and add Mexicorn.
  4. Cook on LOW for an additional 2 hours.
  5. Remove and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and crumbled corn chips.
  6. Garnish with green onions.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
