Italian Barbecue Pork



  • 1 pound boneless pork rib meat
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 2 hours then turn to HIGH for the last 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
  3. Shred meat with a fork when tender.
  4. Best served on a roll or bun.
