Italian Barbecue Pork
- 1 pound boneless pork rib meat
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours then turn to HIGH for the last 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Shred meat with a fork when tender.
- Best served on a roll or bun.
