Italian Sausage and Peppers
- 2 pounds Italian link sausage, browned
- 1 can or jar prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced into thick strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 hard rolls
- Combine ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Serve on hard rolls as sandwiches or serve over hot cooked rice.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, if desired.
