Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork Roast
Use this to make delicious pork sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pound pork roast, boneless
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (20 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's® BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large 5 to 6 quart slow cooker, add roast and onions; season with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Pour BBQ sauce over meat.
- Spoon cream of mushroom soup over meat.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 to 8 hours, or on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, until meat falls apart.
