Chicken and Brown Rice
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve with lightly toasted sliced almonds.
