Chicken and Mexican Rice



  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
  • Chili powder, to taste


  1. Combine rice, salsa, broth and seasonings in slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top.
  3. Cook on LOW all day or until rice is done.
