Chicken and Mexican Rice
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
- Chili powder, to taste
- Combine rice, salsa, broth and seasonings in slow cooker.
- Place chicken breasts on top.
- Cook on LOW all day or until rice is done.
