- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any of the other cream soups)
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Mix all together and put into slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
