- 4 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
- 8 small white onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds meaty chicken pieces, skinned
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 cups uncooked noodles
- Place carrots, onion, and garlic in a 4-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken; pour broth over all.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in noodles and cook 30 minutes more or until noodles are tender.
