- 1 whole frying chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) jar orange marmalade
- 2 oranges, cut and quartered, with skin on
- Place fryer in slow cooker and top with orange marmalade.
- Add quartered oranges and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove fryer from slow cooker and serve with rice.
