Gooey Chicken Burritos
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa (red or green)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro*Tel
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- Sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Combine all ingredients except tortillas in slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Spoon onto warmed tortillas.
- Top with some shredded Mexican cheese if desired.
