Gooey Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa (red or green)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro*Tel
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca
  • Flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Combine all ingredients except tortillas in slow cooker.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  4. Spoon onto warmed tortillas.
  5. Top with some shredded Mexican cheese if desired.
