Mexican Chicken

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Taco seasoning
  • Flour tortillas
  • Monterey jack cheese, grated


  1. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips and toss with taco seasoning.
  2. Throw into the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  4. Wrap strips of chicken with a little grated cheese in warmed flour tortillas.
  5. Use the juice for rice.
