Nacho Cheese Chicken
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes in juice
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can mild chopped green chiles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
- Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
