Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over rice.
