Philippine Chicken


  • 1 cut-up chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

  1. Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve over rice.
