Pineapple Salsa Chicken


  • 6 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 can black beans (do not drain)
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar mild or medium chunky style salsa

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve with warm tortillas and hot cooked rice.
