Salsa Chicken 2



  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add the chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  4. Top with salsa.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the pot.
  7. Place cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir well.
  8. Stir the cornstarch mixture into salsa sauce.
  9. Stir in sour cream.
  10. Serve with hot, cooked rice.
