Spicy Sour Cream Chicken


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Water
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

  1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Put in the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  4. Top with salsa.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the pot.
  7. Place about 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little water. Stir well.
  8. Stir the cornstarch into the liquid.
  9. Stir in 1/4 cup fat free sour cream. Stir well.
