Brunswick Stew



  • 1 fryer, boiled and boned
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 quarts tomatoes
  • 2 cups garden peas
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 small bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar


  1. Slowly cook hamburger, sausage and onion in frying pan until crumbly.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for several hours.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Cook on LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours.
