Easy Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (32 ounce) box chicken broth
- 1 large bag real bacon pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, cut up
Instructions
- Put potatoes, chicken soup, chicken broth and bacon pieces into slow cooker. Cook for at least 6 hours on LOW.
- One hour before serving time, stir in the cream cheese.
- Top with shredded cheese to serve, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onion, if desired.
