Greek Chicken Stew (Kapama)



  • 8 to 10 assorted chicken parts
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Dash of pepper


  1. Brown chicken in 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  3. Add tomato sauce, juice and pepper.
  4. Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW.
  5. Serve over buttered macaroni with Parmesan cheese.
