Greek Chicken Stew (Kapama)
- 8 to 10 assorted chicken parts
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- Juice of two lemons
- Dash of pepper
- Brown chicken in 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce, juice and pepper.
- Cook for 4 to 6 hours on LOW.
- Serve over buttered macaroni with Parmesan cheese.
