Lima Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 5 or 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 large carrots, sliced in 1/2 inch slices
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 large package dry lima beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 pound smoked kielbasa
Instructions
- Cook in your slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on LOW. Soup will thicken as it cooks.
