- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well and cover.
- Cook on
LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
