Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well and cover.
  2. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
