Yield: 5 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can Veg-All, undrained
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can peas, undrained
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can cut green beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 or 16 ounce can Spanish rice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion; drain. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Empty cans into slow cooker.
  3. Add spices, stir and cover.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
