Slow Cooker Recipes
Silverado Stew
Yield: 5 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can Veg-All, undrained
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can peas, undrained
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce) can cut green beans, undrained
- 1 (15 or 16 ounce can Spanish rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Brown meat and onion; drain. Place in slow cooker.
- Empty cans into slow cooker.
- Add spices, stir and cover.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
