Candied Carrots and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 4 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle pancake syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.

Yield: 5 quarts

Only the HIGH setting is recommended for this recipe.
