3 cups thinly sliced carrots
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
In a slow cooker, combine the carrots, water and salt.
Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours, until carrots are tender.
Drain well. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 20 to 30 minutes.
