- 3 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- In a slow cooker, combine the carrots, water and salt.
- Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours, until carrots are tender.
- Drain well. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 20 to 30 minutes.
