Orange-Glazed Carrots



  • 3 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the carrots, water and salt.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours, until carrots are tender.
  3. Drain well. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20 to 30 minutes.
