Venison Chili


  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can pinto or kidney beans
  • 1 envelope chili mix


  1. Brown meat, onion and garlic in skillet. Put in slow cooker along with all other ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW setting for 6 to 10 hours or overnight.

This recipe can be doubled easily.
