Cornbread for 50
Yield: 50 servings
Ingredients
- 12 eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 9 cups self-rising yellow cornmeal
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Grease two 12 x 20 x 2-inch pans and set in the oven to heat.
- In a very large bowl combine all the ingredients in the order given and pour into the hot pans.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown.
