Ingredients
- 40 eggs, beaten
- 1 quart oil
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
Instructions
- Cook eggs in heated oil. Place scrambled eggs in stainless steel bowl. Add warm nacho cheese sauce to eggs and mix well. Place in steam table pan.
- Serve or hold on steam table.
