Smoky Barbecue Sauce
- 5 to 6 medium onions, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 5 bottles ketchup
- 1 large and 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
(16 ounce) box brown sugar
- 1 large and 1 small bottle Liquid Smoke
- Sauté onions and garlic in oil.
- Add sugar.
- Add ketchup, Liquid Smoke and Worcestershire
sauce; simmer for 1 hour or more.
This makes enough to serve 200 people.
