Carrot Raisin Salad


  • 8 cups diced pineapple
  • 32 cups grated carrots
  • 4 cups raisins
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup plain salad dressing


  1. Drain pineapple. Save the juice.
  2. Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Add raisins and mix.
  4. Mix yogurt, salad dressing and pineapple juice. Pour over salad, stir, chill and serve.
