Seafood Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds imitation crab
  • 10 pounds rotini pasta, cooked
  • 4 cups diced celery
  • 2 cups green onion, minced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 8 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water; drain and cool.
  2. Mix in well the crab, celery, onions and pepper.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix into pasta-crab mixture.

Makes 50 six ounce servings.
