Seafood Pasta Salad
Yield: 50 (6 ounce) servings
Ingredients
- 5 pounds imitation crab
- 10 pounds rotini pasta, cooked
- 4 cups diced celery
- 2 cups green onion, minced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 8 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water; drain and cool.
- Mix in well the crab, celery, onions and pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix into pasta-crab mixture.
