Vegetable Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 pound tri-color rotini pasta (or your choice), cooked
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped

Dressing

  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Accent (optional as it is MSG)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over pasta and vegetables.
  2. Let set for several hours or overnight.
