Vegetable Pasta Salad
Yield: about 30 servings
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 pound tri-color rotini pasta (or your choice), cooked
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
Dressing
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Accent (optional as it is MSG)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over pasta and vegetables.
- Let set for several hours or overnight.
