- 10 pounds frozen broccoli, uncooked
- 2 (50 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 10 cups raw rice
- 2 (50 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 pounds sliced
or shredded processed cheese
- Spread broccoli in roaster, steam table pans or 6 casseroles.
- Sprinkle rice over
- Spoon on mushroom soup, then chicken soup.
- Top with sliced or shredded processed
- Bake covered at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
