Broccoli Stuffing Bake
Yield: 32 to 40 servings
Ingredients
- 8 cups milk
- 6 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 16 beaten eggs
- 12 cups herb seasoned croutons
- 8 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat milk and cheese in saucepan until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl.
- Add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well.
- Turn into four greased 2 quart casseroles.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
