Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Ingredients

  • 20 pounds potatoes
  • 5 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
  • 3 large onions, sauteed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 1/2 cans ham (10 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Parboil potatoes with skins on in salted water, covering potatoes. Cut potatoes into small chunks.
  2. Chop ham, and mix all together.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 to 3 hours.
