Daiquiri Fluff


  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, broken up
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed


  1. In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine strawberries, rum and lemon juice.
  2. Cover and blend or process until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Transfer mixture to a medium-size mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 8 chilled glasses or sherbet dishes.
  6. Serve immediately.
