Grilled Raspberry Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Red raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla in skillet, then sprinkle cheese over half of tortilla.
  3. Dollop some preserves over cheese.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over preserves.
  5. Fold tortilla in half.
  6. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and cheese is melted.
